Well until someone comes on to say otherwise these 4 45s are common to all soul collections of those who have posted on a regular basis up to now. The idea was to find just the one. Something of an anti-climax and Im hoping the upfront crowd don't read this thread because they will be wondering what we've all been doing since 1974. ROD

It's probably aluminium Sean that's causing the problem. There may have been a slight error on my part, hard to believe I know, so it was re-instated but then eliminated earlier today. Please don't take it as a personal slight as I know you had big hopes for the 45 but it's a N.O. which is uncanny really as it is New Orleans and had you been mystic or a practioner of the dark arts you would have seen that coincidence and not bothered suggesting it in the first place. Yes I didn't have either so didn't make the list when I revised. You can put any soul 45 forward but we are trying to arrive at a common denominator and IMO some on here may kinda stick to NS either 60's or modern with not that many other types. Im mainly into 60's NS,Detroit and Motown and most other stuff not covered by that is either on LP or CD. really a matter of finance rather than anything as I can't afford to get everything on vinyl. Go through that current list and by tomorrow it should be more manageable. ROD
