I only use M- (very rarely), VG++, VG+, VG, VG-, G, so as you will hear VG++ records are clean copies with just a few small papermarks, and usually the VG+ records also play very well. Quoting the amount of known copies 'only 7 copies known!' when popsike shows up 7 results is also not really a good look. And I also want to apologise for the years and years of hyperbolic descriptions from me, I'm not a native English speaker and my knowledge of adjectives is limited to BRILLIANT, SUPERB and ULTRA RARE So I'd strongly advise everyone to have a listen to the soundfiles before buying anything. Btw: Talking about descriptions: It's pretty intriguing to see how John Manship can describe every single record he has on auction with the kind of prozaic praise that would make you want to sell your first born sun for a copy of The Snake. The records he has on auction are usually a bit too expensive for me but still I'd like to go and check out his auctions to be swept away by the descriptions, more often than not bringing tears to my eyes. If there ever were a Nobel prize for vinyl literature I reckon he'd be a strong contender!
