Sue's car has broken down, something to do with an alternator. So have looked at buses and trains, ok getting there but difficulty getting home again so we are now trying to hire a car...... now that's devotion to Burnley alnighter

At long last Neil & well done to all involved with managing to gather together the DJ's that made this what for me was the very best in any of the 1970's soul venues. God how I loved this place! Back then I had friends that I went to the Casino with, Family & friends I went to Jazz Funk Clubs with, then at the Ritz it all came together just as it should be, I have many "revolving dance floor memories" from Neils soul fusion dayers one I'll never forget was the first time I danced to Jackie McLean well before it was on general sale on uk RCA what a dance track & to me it just seamed to sum up the war between 60's northern & 70's crossover, jazz funk, funky disco or whatever you want to call this great dance music! Two tickets already paid for Neil I posted this in refosoul before i knew about this reunion!
