  7. Scenario... Bid on a record via eBay USA Won said record paid immediately via pay pal 16 days later still no record Email person in USA asking for ETA, told to be patient etc etc Two days later emailed again advising that I'm on Vacation soon Can you track, reply NO Left on holiday for two weeks, when I returned a trip to the post Office is in order. Opened parcel, bootleg not original Complained and was told that the thirty days had expired so sort of 'tough shit guy go do one' Got heated for 24hrs however the seller insists that what was sent Was original, I have proved to seller that what I received was a 100% bootleg, photos etc. Seller came back and suggested that box had been tampered with Prior to it being Del to me, again complete bollocks. The seller has now returned this morning with "the record sent was A styrene original and therefore no refund" It's not a significant amount of money but a hell of a principle Here, they've made a mistake but won't admit it or they have Intentionally gone out to defraud me. Do I have an outlet to take my complaint to or do I just put the record in the oven with a 'hey fuckin ho' PD

  21. Actually Bobby Jason - all these things. and yes its worth every penny in fact I was winning with 4 hrs to go.... One of the all time great northern soul rarities. whoever won I tip me hat in your direction, and whoever found it in the USA, well done.
  22. OK i'M GOING TO COME CLEAN...I purchased the last copy of Tim Wilson off ebay, cheap I thought considering the description on ebay from the seller. On returning from my hols to Rimini the record was at the Postie awaiting a siggy, I was horrified to see it was vinyl, not going to go into seller bollocks but the bloke who sold it to me is suggesting it was deffo styrene and if I received a vinyl copy then someone opend up the box and changed the thing over, yeah allright fellar however, it plays VERY LOUD and CRYSTAL CLEAR....So it would appear I have a one off mint- vinyl boot that is crystal clear..ffs someone who's ITK put me right before I go ape with a ebay and no doubt make a complete twat of myself (again) Funny ole game this Northern soul bollocks en it Greavsie
  23. is the origonal styrene or vinyl.
