Well, I don't think she is, but could be wrong. Reason I don't think she is is if you look at the last part when if shows her sideways on, when she hit the top note, she is bang on. Also did they mime to records in the 70s in the states? I thought that was a TOTP thing to save on cost.

I didn't find this out until just recently when I showed it to a friend and he told me they were one in the same person. A bit of research confirmed the fact. I've watched this about 10 times now and I have gradually fallen in love :-) She's so pretty.

This is it, if people like us who have been on the scene for years have trouble telling orig' from boot, what chance do the ones that are new to the scene have? none that's how much. It can only be described as daylight robbery

Although Phyllis Hyman was quite a well played track on the Northern scene years ago, I popped it on a couple of years ago at an event and it cleared the floor? so can't be that much call for it, plus I bet theres a few on Dicogs, can't be arsed looking, got the 12" anyway
