We are pleased to announce our November Northern Soul night, marking our 4th Anniversary since we began back in November 2021. The action kicks off at 6.30 with our regular resident DJs, Brian Dodds, Chris Marklew, Craig Bell, Gary Bell and Ian Fenwick bringing their excellent mix of Northern Classics, R&B Stompers and rarer cuts. This month's guest is Ian Forrester, one of the main men behind the excellent Dock Of The Bay weekender in Whitley Bay, who is making his debut behind the decks at the Comrades. Throw in a huge wooden dancefloor, great sound system, cheap bar prices and that fantastic atmosphere we are famous for then you have all the ingredients for what promises to be a fantastic night. All for the bargain price of £5 on the door.

Back by public demand 🙂 we are very pleased to confirm that there will be a second edition of the Berlin Breakaway Soul weekender, which again will take place in the very stylish venue ‚Haus Ungarn‘ in the very center of Berlin (next to Alexanderplatz and TV-tower).
This years soul DJs line-up: Björn Jaspersen (Bonn), Ingrid Elliot (Stockholm), Leo Ernst (München), Michael Wink (Würzburg), Alan Watson (Dundee), Yann Vatiste (London) plus our residents Austin Martin, DJ Jones & Dirty DJane. Your hosts on the reggae, ska, rocksteady floor: Annie O’Seven (Würzburg), Mario Montgomery (Berlin), BossK, Randy Dandy & Blackbird (Carib Crew Berlin).
You can now order your tickets for the weekend – a weekend ticket is 35 €, a ticket only for Friday or Saturday is 19 €. Once again, the first 50 weekend tickets come with a limited breakaway-2025 batch. The Modern Room goes from strength to strength and we will again return to the Garrison Bar
 
Our traditional "Ladies Day" now firmly embedded in the line up will again be in the  Irish Oak on Tuesday 11th Nov,.
This is a lite hearted evening with the music chosen and played by our lady DJ's
