If you are staying and walking to the venue head into the market place and walk towards Boots ,which is at the far end towards John Adams Way, just past is a Tudor fronted building with a passageway one side and a narrow road along the other, walk down either of these and you should finish up in a small square with a row of houses at the bottom, the venue is down a small road to the right of the last house.
If you're travelling from Lincoln/Grantham/Spalding direction follow the signs for Skegness but stay in the left hand lane on the dual carriageway and as soon as you cross the bridge and the road bends round to the left take the first exit, Sibsey Lane, there will be a sign up, and follow that road adjacent to the dual carriageway until it opens into a square, don't go back onto the dual carriageway, then a small road leads to the venue on the right, again there will be a sign.There is a car park but if it's full just park in Boots car park next door as long as you don't leave your vehicle there overnight.
If you're travelling from Spilsby/Skegness direction follow the signs for the station but stay in the right hand lane and go around the big roundabout and come back on yourself then follow the above directions.

LOST IN MUSIC
This is NOT a Northern Soul night. This is something different, this is something special, something we started last year and it went down very very well. This will be a night where we play Seventies Disco Classics... Donna Summer, Chic, Tavares, Earth, Wind & Fire, etc. We will play Soul & Motown Floorfillers... The Four Tops, The Supremes, The Isley Brothers, Frank Wilson, Curtis Mayfield, etc. Club Classics... Kool & The Gang, The Jacksons, The Real Thing, etc. Everything and anything which gets people on the dancefloor, songs that you all know and love. Absolutely nothing obscure, rare or underplayed, you will know all the songs. Your requests will be more than welcome!!
This is all happening just a short journey from Leek, Staffordshire at The Winking Man Pub. A fantastic venue on the A53 Leek to Buxton Road. It is in beautiful surroundings, an absolute gem in The Peak District with a large free car park. There is also overnight campervan parking available, although this must be booked in advance by ringing the venue. If you don't wish to drive, there are plenty of superb local taxi services including minibuses. For those travelling from further afield, there is a great selection of local accommodation.
Inside, the large bar opposite the stage sells a great range of refreshments at very reasonable prices. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't bring your own drinks in. There is ample seating throughout the venue when you need to take a breather from dancing.
The pride and joy of the venue is the huge wooden dancefloor, it is quite literally legendary!! We must insist on NO TALC, DRINKS OR HANDBAGS on the dancefloor please. It needs to be kept in tip top condition.
