About The Event

monthly SOSA event (Soul On Sunday Afternoon) . We play across the board soul music with a focus on Modern, Northern & NU-Soul to an up for it, friendly, mature, & knowledgeable crowd of regulars.

If your new to our event you’ll be made welcome as we get visitors regularly from across the North Of England & Scotland.

Our DJ’s play a range of tunes to suit most serious Soul fans taste, Dave Hancock (Northern) , Micky Bishop (70’s & Northern) & Warren (Modern & Nu-Soul) , so come join us for a great Sunday afternoon 4-10pm

    Remains one of our favourite venues and events and always well worth the trek for us . Hoochie Coochie (check out the website) is an amazing up market 'soul' club with great vibe , fabulous sound system and SoSa delivers great tunes from the rarer and underplayed,  modern ,  7ts , x- over to a touch of northern and motown . Last month was a lock out , always deservedly popular and we endeavour to get there early doors , pitch ourselves in one of the sumptuous , elevated booths and enjoy....
