Bank Holiday Sunday Soul Sessions at Ventnor Winter Gardens, Isle of Wight.  Hosted by Kaf-tan with guest DJ's Cooly Haste, Disco Tom, Sparrow, Jake Lingwood (Soulshaker) - special guests Dj Andy Bellwood - Yorkshire's finest soul master and the legend that is Rich Buckley spinning Motown, Northern Soul, Modern Soul, Funk, Funky Breaks, Rare Groove, Disco, 6t's R&B, with a splash of reggae from 2pm - 2am - FREE ENTRY - all are welcome

    4th djing event over the BH to co incide with IOW International Scooter Festival and what a wonderful finale.

    The sun was shining , busy, Raj Bisram amongst the guests clearly enjoying himself, great atmosphere with people mainly outside, with the decks and speakers facing outwards from the ground floor bar/eatery  over Ventnor Bay,  then sunsets and throughout a great dj lineup 

    Top notch tunes to suit the occasion & vibe - from Northern classics to rare soul , Latin to disco soul, soulful house , x- over, Modern,  7ts & reggae etc . Lovely to catch up with Rich Buckley who double decked with Jake Lingwood (Soul Shakers) - fab and varied tunes over two sets.

    Massive thanks to Kath Lockwood for the invite and watch out for these Sunday Soul Sessions every BH .

    As to the art deco Winter Gardens, with its 500+ capacity, sprung dance floor, ballroom and adjacent rooms surely the place for an enterprising promoter to host a weekender?
