The Juke Joint happens in an authentic basement bar set in the Jacaranda which is a legendary Liverpool club. The Juke Joint is a free bi-monthly event for those who like to listen and dance to amazing music in a cool and friendly place. It's curated and hosted by myself, resident DJ Phil Laing with special guest DJs selecting from their precious vinyl collections. ORIGINAL VINYL ONLY! Expect the finest 60s Soul, R'n'B, Ska, Rocksteady and Mod sounds.
Fellow resident DJs are local lads David Melling and David Callister. The club is located at 21-23 Slater Street Liverpool L1 4BW and it runs from 3pm-9pm. This event's special guest is Jim 'Beat Route' Cessford
