NORTHERN SOUL HEAVEN AT HAZEL GROVE

Join Don Morris (Mopsey), Dean Fox (Foxy) and Shaun Callon (Cally) for a night of hot 'n' sweaty northern soul.

Playing a barnstorming mix of tried and tested uptempo tunes, upfront funky edge northern and underplayed stompers and dancers. What's not to like!

All in a great venue with a brilliant dancefloor - perfect for dancing all night long.

This month's guest is Ged Beggs. NICE!

7pm till midnight, £5.00 on the door.

    Well after a busy weekend it's decision time in writing a review on one of the NS events from the weekend

    So Hazel Grove it is.

    The room that this event is held in is very well set up, there's a wonderful floor, plenty of seating and a good bar. This event was well attended, especially from people who used to attend Macclesfield.

    The music played was not for the faint hearted, if you were expecting NS records that are regularly played elsewhere, then forget it. Each DJ played a set that was R & B based with a sprinkle of known NS records. Each DJ's set was an education and a joy to behold.

    If you are looking for something that isn't Crossover or Modern then this a venue to think about
