We have an absolute belter lined up for November 14th.  MICK H from Nottingham, he of the BIIIIG TUNES, will be our VERY SPECIAL GUEST and will do two sets.  This is a first at the Ritzy, and shows you how much confidence we have in Mick to bring an incredible evening of rare soul.

SOUL AT THE RITZY is a monthly, sociable fun loving across-the-board soul night held in a brilliant venue – the club room at the top of the iconic Ritzy cinema in Brixton, London, just minutes from the tube station.

Music policy is 60s/70s soul, OVO of course.  It is neither a trainspotter's party or an oldies night. 

Your hosts JAKE LINGWOOD, DONNA DRISCOLL, and LISA HURLEY make sure each night packs a punch – and we bring you brilliant guests each month, as well as playing ourselves.

The sound system is top notch, and the venue has another ace up its sleeve – a large balcony overlooking Brixton’s Windrush Square.  It’s a brilliant venue and we’re thrilled/very lucky to have it.

We're now in our third fantastic year, and we’re really excited to have booked up a whole calendar of events for 2024.  (See attached flier)

Regular Thursday nights run from 7pm until midnight and are FREE.  And this year we're really excited to have four Saturday night specials which will run 8pm-2am and will be ticketed.
