The Juke Joint is in it's 8th year. The event happens in the legendary basement of the Jacaranda club in the heart of Liverpool city centre. Expect raunchy R'n'B, 60s Soul, Mod and early Jamaican sounds all on original vinyl. It's a FREE event from 15.00- 21.00. The Jacaranda has 3 floors, the top floor is a record shop and cafe, there is a ground floor with a bar and the basement where we spin the records. Our music is connected to the ground floor as well as the basement to ensure your listening pleasure. The Juke Joint attracts a fun and friendly crowd and there is a party like atmosphere. Resident DJs are Phil Laing, David Melling and David 'Cally' Callister. We have a special guest DJ at every event and on this occasion we are privileged to have Pete Griffin who is an all round top guy with a superb record collection.
