    Quite remarkable when you realise the the original Twisted Wheel was only open for 8 years !

    Pete Roberts - we owe you for your dogged determination to resurrect t'Wheel. Well done on your Silver Anniversary along with Jackie, John & Albert.

    Although we no longer come along, the nights that we had in the various venues, but obviously Whitworth St., was something special to us as original members. The feeling of hearing the music (and heat) coming to meet you as you as you start to descent the steps into that cellar of inequity was like no other.

    The new venue certainly has atmosphere but sadly, not the nostalgia of Whitworth St.
