Denbo Members February 11Feb 11 Would like to wholeheartedly thank everybody who turned up to our 3rd ‘Soul On Sunday’ (SoS) at the Windleshaw Sports / FC St.Helens Club function room yesterday (9th Feb). The place filled up very early and it was our best yet, with a friendly atmosphere all afternoon from 3 to 8pm. Was great to see a good number of new faces, including Boopa, and a contingent from Runcorn who helped keep the dance floor busy a good portion of the time. The DJs Ron Honey, Jimmy Pilkington, Dennis Haw & Chisser played a varied mixture of early Soul, R&B, Northern Soul and some favourite Club Classics to a very responsive crowd.
