Soul4heroes 15 Oldham

This is our 15th year raising monies for all who have served & worn the uniform of our country.

So far we have raised approx £35,000 which has been donated to Broughton House Veterans Village in Manchester. All residents here are all ex-services. We are very proud again to offer our support to all who have served.

I'm a bit late this year having spent 5 weeks in hospital recently with Pneumonia . However here we go once again, with the massive help of Stevie Hay for supplying a great quality sound system & Alan & Pat Derby for sorting all fiscal matters out

I don't yet have a complete list of all local DJs yet who have  agreed to do a set but if previous years are a guide all dancees are in for a treat.

REMEMBER ALL RECORDS ARE PLAYED ON VINYL WITH MOST BEING ON ORIGINAL ISSUE ONLY. WE DON'T USE A COMPUTER OR CD'S. EACH DJ ONLY BRINGS ENOUGH FOR HIS ONE HOUR SET. HOWEVER WE DO TRY AND GET AS MANY REQUESTS IN AS POSSIBLE BUT IF A TRACK HAS JUST BEEN PLAYED PREVIOUSLY BY A DJ WE TY AND PLAY SOMETHING DIFFERANT. WE DON'T WANT TO KEEP PLAYING SAME RECORDS OVER AND OVER.
