Soul Brew At The Harold Club

As some of you may know, Soul Brew DJ Marc Silverside has recently had an op & treatment for thyroid cancer, so for now he needs to cut back on the DJing. In order to keep the Harold soul nights going, from now on Steve Crawshaw (Selby Trades) will be taking over the soul nights there - along with a fresh new line up of DJs - to spin the vinyl for us.

Hats off & well done to Marc for keeping that big smile on his face throughout such a tough time, but it's feet up time for him now - we'll have Marc back on the Harold decks in no time!

The Harold's got it all - a warm welcome & fab, friendly atmosphere; great sound system with request-friendly DJs - if they've got it with them, they'll play it for you!  There's a top-notch dance floor with absolutely no need at all for talc; bar prices at WMC rates; large car park & good transport links. It's situated on the main road, with easy access from Chain Bar Roundabout, regular busses from Bradford, Brighouse, Leeds & Huddersfield & it's also close to Low Moor train station. There's even a nice hotel (The Guide Post) less than 10 mins walk away for those who fancy making a weekend of it!                                                                                                                    

We tend to limit numbers to 120 max in order to make sure everyone has a seat & also a space on a not-too-crowded dance floor, so please be early to avoid disappointment.
