Groovin' rounds off 2025's gatherings with two local guest DJ's in the guise of Franc Giacobbe and Stevie Brown. Franc has been a collector of rare and obscure soul music for decades and has earned a reputation across the UK and Europe as one of the most knowledgeable guys on the scene - you'll probably need a pen and paper when it comes to asking about tunes, Shazam won't be up to the job!
Like many of us, Stevie Brown has a good few years under his belt when it comes to appreciating proper soul music and apart from being a really nice guy, I mostly think of him as the unofficial, UK 'meet and greet' guy, for The Masqueraders, stemming from their appearance at the Northampton Soul Weekender in 2005 and later at Prestatyn.
Residents, Dave Lucas, Carl Molloy & Kev Rodgers will be adding to the mix too, bringing soulful delights to tickle your earbuds and get your feet tapping.
