Can anyone tell me who recorded a song with the same backing track as Festival Time. Not Laura Lee,this had like a DJ type of thing going on rapping singing about the Motown sound. I remember it getting plays at the Trakky club in Barnsley .

Think that's going to be "We're Gonna Party" or "Motown Party" - It was a sing-a-long from about 30 years ago done by Chris King - Can't remember what the artist was eventually called, but it did get a release on Slow-Fizz records (flip side to "Picture Me Gone" reissue)
