Did this come out on 45 in US or UK? Can't seem to find a singles discog for her. Anyone help?

My sleeve's a bit tattier than yours though.

Still, nice to have an Argentinian single that plays at 45 rather than 33. Both of our copies are promos too I notice. Wonder if it came out anywhere else?
