As far as I'm aware The Quadrophonics Betcha if you check it out is available on 3 labels Contempo, Innovation and Warners

which is the rare one ?

Contempo is the UK release.

W.B. is the rarer and nicer looking, but it is a 2nd US release and Innovation is the 1st.

is that true? wasn't there some other thread where someone said that the windy city was on WB first before innovation 2, wouldn't the quadraphonics be the same way?

The Quadraphonics was an Innovation II recording as far as I'm aware.
