This guy on ebay calling himself Cecil Washington, has a pic of himself up for auction. I have asked him for a recent pic to confirm the likeness.

Can anyone tell me anything about Cecil Washington apart from having one of THE best Northern Soul records.

yes i bought one for £200 in the mid 90`s surely it not that rare tho. there were a few kickin about and still turns up from time to time
