Got mine cheaper than that recently but..... played it to a few people and they didnt know it i reckon its not that rare but no one wants sell it !! Top tune in my opinion.

It's rare and hardly ever turns up. VERY undervalued at £40 in my opinion. A copy went cheap through eBay a couple of months ago, so can probably still be had at a decent price if it turns up though. The slightly "novelty" lyrics and the fact that the backing track is used on another tune out of New Orleans (with superior lyrics) probably also keeps the price down.
