September 20, 200915 yr I got a copy that comes with a pic sleeve - I'll dig it out to verify country of origin - £25 plus p+p if of any use to you. Okay.. It's ITALIAN - four 'slight' marks but no audio pick-up from either of them. Other than that it's spanking. Scans below : Fingers
