I see the Magnetics that was up on E-bay has been Cancelled and all bids are null and void.

Why would this happen ? Can the seller change their mind midway ? Dont know the rules of e-bay

Not within ebays rules. But of course if you decide not to sell or it becomes damaged and therefore unsaleable you can of course withdraw it from sale

Co-incidently the ebay fees on $2,500 are worth saving Not that that has anything to do with this particular auction in any way shape or form

It's not really cricket...and most sellers will not close a sale early..but it does happen quite often..not sure there is a lot e-bay can do about it if the seller so chooses.

Swifty ,the ruling is that a buyer is breaking the rules of ebay by asking a seller to end early .

Obviously ebay does'nt take to kindly as they lose out big style on selling fees .

To be honest i spotted it when he 1st listed it with the wrong record scan and contacted him because i wanted to see the real label for myself.

Well ..it's not often you see a Magnetics ,sable demo is it

And it looked the dogs bo***cks did'nt it

I also tried it on with him and asked how much he'd be happy to take for it

Good on anyone ,seller or buyer who can get the deal done without shelling out ebay fees ,theyre extornionate imho

damn right, 3500 if i´m right informed and so many guys around who don´t have to think that much about money, but still missing this beauty. I guess it will not go out under 6000

but something is really strange with that magnetics auction. usualy if a seller is ending an auction earlier, you still can find it in your watching items or about completed listings, but this one is gone like never been listed before
