As you may know Google did start to scan as many books and magazines as possible and uploaded all their scans to the internet (books.google.com).
Earlier today I did a Google search for Kenny Carter I've got to find her on RCA. One of the very first links I got as result was for April 2, 1966 issue of the Billboard magazine. (Click here, you have to enlarge the scan to see everything).
In that issue the following records are "predicted to reach the Hot 100 chart":
Kenny Carter - I've got to find her
Frances Nero - Keep on lovin me
Emanuel Lasky - I'm a peace loving man
Roger & The Gypsies - Pass the hatchet
Don't think any of them made it to the Hot 100 did they?
Further down the scan there was the Hot 100 chart as at April 2, 1966. It did include some surprises (at least surprise to me) as I didn't know they charted at all:
