Has anyone experienced anything similar? Apologies if I'm being stupid but does this mean they've "Changed Mind" about sending the record or "Changed Mind" about postage. Seems odd to me.

Nothing to worry about mate, they're just not using Paypal's postal service. They will be using the standard US postal service instead.

probably just means there going to post your record at the post office,

email and ask them is best,
