Just wondered what people use for album storage (not record boxes, i have all that already), i've decided im sick of routing through boxes that are all over my house, so i want some type of shelving, bookcase type thing....any ideas?, have seen the https://www.i-cubes.co.uk/12-inch-lp-vinyl-storage-products.html web site, but would rather have a cheaper option, looked at basic bookshelves, but i want something sturdy, don't want full room racked out, but just enough for around say 500 12" etc. Have thought of building something from scratch, but would rather have something ready made to be honest, that doesn't cost the earth.

Brilliant i was looking at them before i posted, but the site didn't give the internal shelf dimensions, and i didn't fancy driving from Sheffield to Nottingham with my tape measure, so thanks a million, they will do for me.thumbsup.gif

Hi Brett

I've got a 25 'cube' Expedit 5 across/5 high. As already mentioned perfect size for LP's/12's and very strong, therefore I will endorse the above recommendation.

The various Billy bookcases (also Ikea) are great for the 45s.

Cheers

Pat
