As Pete says, we covered this extensively about 18 months to 2 years ago - in fact it was me who started the thread - but worth bringing back for anyone who's come on board more recently I think...
February 26, 201015 yr Roger Ridley had just one known (that I know of) vinyl release and would have been one of the greats. Deceased a few years now and I think Grandpa Elliot recently passed as well.
