Apparently this is The Voices - Fall In Love Again, came out on the Chicago label Penny, this one is a blank and the B side is destroyed but the A side is a fabulous old style girlie dancer. Just need to know whether this is the same version that came out on Penny, I guess that it is.

Apart from the percussion clicks being louder, think it's the same. Love that sax instrumental though!
