can anyone tell me if the drifters track ..... my love is youre love forever was ever released on a 45 or was it just an album track

is female version a recent cut ? had on tape for a few years first thought was alt take by miracles not fast lp cut they did . this is same b.p.m as isleys

There is an original UK 7" acetate of it...found in the company files...so it was possibly considered for an at-the-time 7" release.

...And if you mean the Isley Bros, I sure I got it on Tamla Motown L.P, will check later when I'm at home, I sure it came out a USA special edition 7" on Tamla to promote a box set maybe 6-7 years ago, I know it was booted, I think The Monitors 'Crying in the night' was on the flip side, or Dee Dee sharp 'What kind of lady' again will check it out later

Yeah, Monitors on the flip side of the 7" bootleg Steve. Red label 'Soul Beat' I think? I got a copy somewhere.

Yes I got it on a German Tamla Motown L.P. 'Isley Brothers greatest motown hits ' WL 72516, Track 7 on side 2
