anyone know if it's rare on original ,if it's being spun out anywhere etc etc ?

its pretty tough to find nev, can go for anything up to $400 on original even tho its been reissued and comped in the last few years...would think it would be a bit quirky for most on here but who knows these days, interestingly it was dave withers that turned up a batch of these about 6 or 7 years ago

Played this out a couple of times to reasonable response - seem to remember it went down well last time I did the Greatstone but that was a couple of years ago plus Big George Mahood and his crew were down so that helped the floor.

Think one of the funk lads told me at the time that a number of copies had turned up think from the singer Barbara Trent? But can't remember how many. It has been comped as well on one of the sister funk cd's.

Think saw it on James Troubles play list also from a good while back.

Great track but not sure how hard to get it is now. Perhaps try the funk forums.

Interesting little number that has potential .

a kind of funky RnB sound to my ears

Not sure i'd be willng to pay a lot for it though ,so won't go chasing the funk guys for one ,but if i find one on a list by some unsuspecting soulie for about £30, i might just nab it

Its a great but very unusual record in that part of its backing is almost ska-like....

ouch Ian you're right...recover an old pm post where Michael talk me about it... when i met Liam during this year...he tell me that have managed for some copies of heartbreak hotel...but rarely seen more of couples of this one...
