When a song from 1967 realased in the 90`s is it a boot?

I have written in the discription it is the first reissue,

this is maybe wrong because it was the first release of this record.

Buyed it 5 or 6 years ago from Goldmine.

I`m sure they don`t sell unofficial bootlegs.
