Sent this guy in Spain a record by registered postage, he said he didn't receive it and put a claim in after 8 days (if he'd have just asked me I'd have refunded him anyway) so I supplied Paypal with all proofs of postage etc and eventually they found in my favour. So he immediately leaves me a negative feedback saying item not received. Can I get this removed seeing as I did nothing wrong? Oh and in case you want to avoid this buyer, his user name is Funkyroom.

Pete , You need To Go Into Help Page then Contact us/ By Phone you will be given a log number that is valid for 15mins or so Then dial this number 02080802105 ignore the 0845 number this will transfer you so you don't pay stupid rates for the call!!! Atb John.
