Sent this guy in Spain a record by registered postage, he said he didn't receive it and put a claim in after 8 days (if he'd have just asked me I'd have refunded him anyway) so I supplied Paypal with all proofs of postage etc and eventually they found in my favour. So he immediately leaves me a negative feedback saying item not received. Can I get this removed seeing as I did nothing wrong?
