Thats what happens when big Mod tunes crossover to the Northern Scene, prices and demand rocket!

Totally agree, been played on the Mod scene for quite a few years...................it is an obscure record, was recorded and issued to promote a restuarant and type of sandwich the restaurant sold!!!!!!.....great record though...........i'd say no more than £70 to £80.
