Unknown Groovesville

I have just uploaded a Groovesville Acetate to refosoul (Unknown Groovesville. Happy)

It,s a 10 inch acetate and only information on label is Happy Groovesville

The backing track is the same as Gwen Owens - Make Him Mine - Lau-Reen

Rod Dealove told me he thought it was Melvin Davis

I asked Melvin Davis if it was him but he says it definately is not him singing.

Anyone got any idea who it might be?
