Please excuse my ignorance but are there two versions of this record. I dont mean part 1 and part 2 but the one I have is the UK issue (Manship I think) and has the second half of the record go on and on without getting anywhere (hard to explain I know) but on a CD I have another version which plays the chorus towards the end. Clear as mud I know but hope you can help.

Yes there is Ian Levine redid this again at a later date.

The 1st one was on the UK single and the 2nd came out on a CD some years later.

The second version was a freebie for a Mecca reunion about 12 years ago, in my view its better then the first version, I seem to remember Ian saying he never got to finish the first version so went back and added strings etc for the freebie

I didn't know the redone version had come out on a single.

I was in Hospital at the time of the reunion, so I had to miss it.
