Hi

would really apreciate a recomendation for repairing my cherished Soundburger as unfortunately trying to adust the speed using the flat head rotated screws I pushed the screw inside the unit. When opening the unit all the wires came detached and I haven't a clue where they go.

I would be eternally greatfull if you can recomend anybody together with a contact number. I need somebody to repair it as I'm not technical at all!

Hi mate - sorry - I cannot help - I have the same problem with mine - needs fixing.

No electrical guys will even open it without paying a fee upfront - like £40 - and even then they cannot guarantee being able to fix it.

If you find somebody, cld you pls let me know?

Lads - a bit out of your way but try calling The Sound Organisation in York.

They are hifi specialists. As well as supplying my Linn stuff they also serviced a 1210 for me last year, with a loose tone arm.

Worth a try...
