Now I might be the last one to hear Scott Mackenzie - Look in her eyes, or am I?

Stumbled across it the other day, reminds me of an Al McArthur for poor people (me?), without the flutes! Nice little tune, will not be up everyones street I'm sure (probably get loads of comments re this aint even soul etc) but it grabbed my ear , popcorn fans must know this? Just wondering what the value is on it (seen it on the bay $10 -$100, wouldn't have thought super rare bearing in mind its sung by a white hippie but strangely melodically beautiful.....had to buy (a cheap) one to get it out my system!

Came out on UK black Capitol, couldn't even get £20 for it, though I've seen it for £50 on a website.

A fantastic tune no matter what label you put on it in my opinion and style-wise indeed very much in the same bag as "His True Love For You".

Wouldn't dream of playing either of those tunes to a dancefloor though (unless as the very last tune of the night), but two masterpieces nonetheless. :pirate:

Sold a picture sleeved danish Capitol 45 of Scott MacKenzie about two years ago on eBay for $14.99...

...On a scene that has embraced records by everyone from Gene Chandler and Major Lance to Billy Fury and Perry Como, why would Scott McKenzie be an unlikely Popcorn star?:D:rolleyes::thumbsup:
