There must have been at least six for sale in recent times through auction, set sale and private. There's been a couple gone expensive on e-bay, one or two cheapish. With the record beoing known for 13 or so years who's to say others haven't turned up quietly and disappeared in to collections or went through e-bay before if became the animal it is now, not to mention the many 100's of visits to the states by collectors......

Same for any record really eh, guess we will never know, but seem's that a few of the copies can be traced through several names on the scene for ownership, so cant be many doing the rounds
