November 2, 200519 yr Depends on what you want to listen to , if its vinyl and Jimmy at his very best I would recommend the Ruff 'n ' Ready Lp from 1969.Great album cover as well.

November 2, 200519 yr Bought his first UK LP "The Jimmy Ruffin Way" from a boot fair for 50p a few months back! Nice and rare, but nothing really ground-breaking, other than "World So Wide, Nowhere To Hide".

One of his best albums is the budget priced " I've passed this way before " on MFP , all the hits and a whole host of unissued and b sides etc - should be really cheap as well !! Best Wishes ,Eddie .

November 2, 200519 yr Somebody on here was asking for the Polydor self titled album. I played it at the weekend and it is a great mix of 70's dancers and ballads - recommended.
