Jimmy James Hey Girl - US Delta backed with a track by greyhound

Can anyone tell me about the label ? Release date etc

I've come across this record a few times over the years. Always promo copies, I've never seen an issue. The Jimmy James track dates from 1975 and the Greyhound track dates from 1971 !

I wonder if they were pressed up sometime later for juke box operators ?
