I picked this up blind the other day as it looked interesting and have an interest in James Gadson related material.

Both sides are quite nice if not quite fitting into any firm genre.

Would anyone have any information concering it. It's L.A. 1978 written by Luckey Davis. Are Jamal D and Luckey Davis the same person or related at all? Any help appreciated.

Well spotted Ken - just listening to it now - agree does sound really nice as does the first track.

I think he took all the tracks from other people's youtube postings (they used to have other people's associated video) which is sort of funny

I was trying to post a link to his youtube account, not embed a video, but the stupid automedia thing changed it. either way, if you go to his account it's there.
