was a fairly big story a couple of years ago ago recap below

featured in sunday mag today and was just wondering there has been any update to the story

the website looks like it was all ready to go with t-shirts etc

.....made between 1969 and 1976, some complete with fake cardboard records inside them. Apparently some guy who called himself "Mingering Mike" put together all of these albums as if he were the musician... the covers are complete with hand-drawn barcodes, track listings, lyrics, drawings of the band(s), and in some cases, liner notes. He did soul and funk albums and blaxploitation soundtracks (for movies that never existed), and even a Christmas album!"

someone will make a killing out of it someday, somehow

assume when not producing these he was to be found in gutters talking to himself, shouting at strangers and picking imaginary elves out of his beard? :wicked:
