Originally released on US One-Derful in 1962 and then reissued on Toddlin' Town in 1969 and on Midas somewhere inbetween. The reason it was reissued was the flipside ballad, "The Town I Live In", which was a national hit when first released. Craig Moerer has got a Toddlin' Town copy for $35, but that's quite a bit too much.

There may be three solutions for this confusion 1) He recorded using the name Jackson for his English releases 2) Two similary named singers recorded the same song or (more likely) 3. It was loud when I asked the dj the name of the record and I was a bit pissed at the time. Intriguing, eh.

Warren - do you mean McKinley MITCHELL?

Have a look & a Listen

I'll go for solution no. 3

Best
