if it's the same ando label as the destinations it's philly, I'm not sure it's the same though.

Nor am I Bob, but it's the only Ando label I know.....

Found this copy of the Destinations - Ando on the bay. Can't see anything that would link the 2 45's, logo, label design, writer, producer, numbering system....all different!
