February 9, 201213 yr It never came out as a 45 rpm EP. Jukebox EP 7" only at 33 rpm. Hope this helps.
February 9, 201213 yr Came out twice : Jukebox EP - 4 Tracks Jukebox Single - 2 tracks (as part of a pack of 5 - basicly the LP on 7" discs) Both play at 33rpm.
