Yep. Better off with the 12" 5'42"

That 45 would be INSANE if it were longer than 2:18, it's a great song for the dancefloor. I was looking for a 45 copy of that for a while before I noticed the time issue. I haven't heard the 2:18 version but I wonder how it could start and end in so little time. My inability to find it posted makes me think others think the same way, that and the 7" seems far more rare than 12".
