Surprised it's not in "the book" , so before I make a faux pas, what's a realistic value for this?

not that it makes a difference, but i have this on both a blue label and a yellow label. there is one more record on this label, a gospel record by a female artist that I can't remember right now, Dorothy Ward????. Gregory Washington played guitar on many chicago soul records and his sister is Cynthia Washington, lead of Silk on Nation.
