Had a long problem with a US eBay seller who was charging double post etc. as a rip off (posted something previously about this).
Anyway, tried an eBay live chat on it tonight to see if I could sort it that way.
It's disgraceful. Here's the whole thing so you can see how truly bad and useless it was - complete f*cking waste of time.
It is a totally random process and I guess the people are dealing with a dozen or even many more issue at one time.
The daft bit that stands out to me is " I am a specialist specifically with issues related to General Support" so they could not handle it ansd had to hand me on to someone else.
Is it me - if so please just tell me ...
